what man has not shed a tear after watching the movie "Powder"?

Does tearing up count as crying? I tend to tear up a fair bit during movies and tv shows plus I can laugh so hard I tear up a lot too

I certainly tear up every once in a while for example when I watch emotional movie or anime but cry? hmm. One time this year so far. At my friends funeral. I cried a lot.
