When do you think PS360 will outsell the Ps2!!!!!

We combine PS360 in this excercise.....so basically the HD systems (which many 3rd parties see as one big userbase that they can sell too)

Current Sales:

PS360 = 81.4 Million

PS2 = 136.9 Million

I think both will end in the 75-90 region...

Never. Especially as PS2 is severely undertracked here. How you can have almost 10 million difference between shipped (By end of july Sony had shipped 145 million PS2s) and sold consoles ? Although I understand that it's hard to track developing markets.

So we could potentially see the HD systems pass 150 Million combined?

For sure.

Remember. PS3 is yet to hit $199 and the 360 can still have a cut too (it reallyt should have had it this year but Slim did so well). Both Sony and MS want the consoles to have a 10 year lifespan, and support for both is still very, very strong. They also both now have new control schemes releasing that cut into that "Blue Ocean".

2014 the year ps3 hopefully outsells 360! (I think 360 is peaking soon, while the ps3 has only room to go up with the price cut.)

I'd say soaking up the blue ocean was SONY/MS aim....not cutting it. You can't cut water carl soz!

Yeah PS3 not at $199 gets me every time.....though I think the impact of the $199 price on PS3 has lessened now because we are quite far into the gen. But still
