Fliying fish level, like the ones with dolphins in Super Mario World!

Above: still the best game of the year.

I hate them too in most games, but I thought the water levels in DKC were actually a blast. Unlike the swimming stages in most platformers, the controls were tight, and the enemy placement didn't make me want to strangle a kitten.

I agree, water levels are very frustrating. That was the only flaw of the original Crash Bandicoot games.
I hope the game does not focus on Jungle Levels, though I doubt this since their is a variety of biomes in Donkey Kong Country.

Oh God the Crash Bandicoot water levels were the worst!!!!!! lol
I still remember that horrible spike thingy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To me, the water levels in the Donkey Kong Country games weren't too bad. The water levels in the Donkey Kong Land games, however, were a different story.
Pre-orders for Americas:

DK will start doing really bad in comparision to NSMB Wii now on, since it got huge bosst in the following weeks, wich I don't really expect to happen to or fella King Kong :(

But still I am quite pleased with this so far.....it should AT THE LEAST be heading for a 300K launch in America which is a great start.
All this with no marketing kicking in and the potential for newcomers to the series is big too.
A lot of the NSMB Wii userbase on Wii can be enticed to buy this game if its marketed correctly.
