Not really.

Nintendo commercials tend to highlight how your movements affect gameplay, with flips between smiley happy people moving Wiiremotes/Stylus and what's going on on-screen.

These commercials just show smiley happy people doing weird things with their bodys (YOU ARE THE CONTROLLER) but not much on-screen footage, specifically nothing demonstrating the effect their movements are having.

These ads don't have much of an impact really, they're more like teasers. But with just under 2 months to go Mircosoft will be releasing a lot more soon.

I think these ads are targeted more toward the casual crowd. I would prefer something more science fiction myself. lol

They are bad. I can't really put my finger on it, but like Reasonable said, MS seems to be marketing the concept rather than the games, and I have a hard time following exactly what is happening since all that is shown are people playing some mystery game and then a quick flash of the game.

It just doesn't work for me.

I have to say that this commercial totally blows away those kinect ads in terms of telling people how fun playing with motion controls can be.

Those are bad.  But I think Kinect sucks, so that's probably why I feel that way.

Agreed. Even the move ads were good in that perspective. But these just look a bit.. stupid. All you're seeing is people dancing around(like some said as idiots). The WSR and move ads showed that you're connected to the game, this shows nothing of that. Really bad commercial imo
