Not really.
Nintendo commercials tend to highlight how your movements affect gameplay, with flips between smiley happy people moving Wiiremotes/Stylus and what's going on on-screen.
These commercials just show smiley happy people doing weird things with their bodys (YOU ARE THE CONTROLLER) but not much on-screen footage, specifically nothing demonstrating the effect their movements are having.
These ads don't have much of an impact really, they're more like teasers. But with just under 2 months to go Mircosoft will be releasing a lot more soon.
