Forums - Nintendo - *Wii Lineup/Library is amazing Not Much Left 4 Me!*

When 2009 ended I was thinking to myself that while the Wii was great and some some amazing games so much was still missing. Now when 2010 is done and gone their isn't going to be much more hope games for me.(Games that are not officially announced that I want)

Donkey Kong Country Returns: I just wanted a D.K 64 game on Wii and instead they make a 2D game with Co Op making it even better than what I wanted.(I like Co Op and Multiplayer)

Kirby's Epic Yarn: I just liked Kirby and wanted a simple Kirby and even an Airride 2 would have worked for me...but Epic Yarn looks so amazing and is currently my Most Wanted game.(Also Co Op)

Wii Party: I always was a fan of Mario Party and own 1-8 DS and Advance but I have gotten tired of Mario Party and have always said that if a Mario Party 9 was created I wouldn't buy it but...Wii Party looks to be better than any Mario Party ever made with its many different modes and games.(Again Co Op and Multiplayer)

FlingSmash: Ever since FlingSmash was announced I thought it was a decent concept and had a lot of potential. Then they announced Motion Plus which made it even better...now The Wii Remote Plus is being bundled with it which makes it yet another great buy for the Wii.(4th Co Op game published by Nintendo in 2 months.

Sonic Colors: I always thought that Sonic was a decent character and Adventure 2 Battle was very fun but Sonic went way down hill very quickly and has almost died for me but Sonic Colors looks like it could be the best Sonic game of the Gen.(Co Op mode as well)

After 2010 is over their will only remain a few games that I NEED to come out on the Wii for it to have the best library of games that fit my personal interests ever. After those games come out(If) the other great games after that will all be just extras to make the Wii better.

Remaining NEED games: Pikmin 3, Vitality Sensor, Luigi's Mansion 2, Resident Evil(A real one thats not Rails or a Port)

The rest would all be nice but without them the Wii would still have all of my favorite games and more.

Anyway what do you think about the Wii's Library?

you don't wanna know

IMO Wiis library is the most lacking for the current generation.

Donkey Kong Country Returns and Wii Party are on my list of games to buy.  Also, Goldeneye 007 Wii is a game that looks like it could be good and that I plan on buying.  I'm a FPS fan and so you can see why I would want this game :).  Anyways, I think you have made a good list of games that will definitely add some goodness to the Wii Library.

Resident Evil not gonna happen, and Luigi's Mansion 2 is on its way to 3DS.

you should want Zelda.

Just blame the third parties like everyone else.

Above: still the best game of the year.

Your probably not a Nintendo fan or you like 3rd Party games a lot. I am a fan of Nintendo games and don't care much about 3rd Party games.(Which is why I am fine with most of them leaving the Wii)

It's insanely good and well-rounded.

There are actually far too many Wii games I'd like to play, but I don't have nearly enough time nor money to spend to even think about getting all of those I'm interested in. It's crazy. Plus I have a big backlog of games I still need to finish sometime...

Not a big fan on Nintendos 1st party. Metroid: Other M was good, but they had to outsource it.
