It's...using a controller... so I don't know how saying that it's a "controller based" game means anything. I don't get what this comment is supposed to mean. :/

I think he mean that they add Move control to games playable with DS3. A la R.U.S.E., resident evil, socom, killzone 3. But his point is moot, it just goes to show the Move library will grow quite fast.

This is obviously what he was implying. Just either really poor wording on his part or some sort of indirect way of saying that only camera based controllerless tracking counts as "motion control" in gaming, which is kind of a stupid thing to imply.

....Stating the obvious?

Is someone afraid that the two competitors' controls actually work as advertised and don't need a HUGE hype train driven by Cirque Du Soleil preceding launch?

Kinects launch lineup of software is specifically designed for the device because it has to be.

Yes, Socom is modified to have move, as is Killzone... it is additive. This is something that can also be done with Kinect. I am shocked Microsoft didnt re-arrange their launch sechedule to allow some motion control Kinect features in Halo Reach.

If you think of Motion control in the reight way, it would have been awesome and smart.

Greenberg just comes off sounding like an ass.

Sony seems to be plenty of afraid. You could write a book about all the Kinect bashing they've done.

The two highlights of Move's launch, Sports Champions and Tumble, are Move-specific games.

Yeah, many Move games are built around a standard controller with Move controls added on top of that, like KZ3 and LBP2, but there's a fair number of Move-specific games being made as well.

And I don't see any problem with games that allow for both control schemes, especially when they'll work so incredibly well with Move, like shooting in Killzone or editing levels in LittleBigPlanet.

Greenburg you did it again... Douchebag...

While true... What do you expect?

Microsoft have been pretty much saying they invented controller-free gaming. And have done some bullshit bashing themselves.

Sony themselves have a right to bash Kinect.

But I do find it really amusing that you've come to the thread to talk about Kinect bashing with Greenberg (once again) being dumb as fuck and trying to bash PS Move.
