Shame it's unlikely to do better than most of Nintendo's other offerings, it sure as heck looks like the best they've got.

I crave for a game like this on 360!

Nintendo games never show up in preorders until two weeks before they release. NSMB Wii released Dec 2 to something like a million units week one but it wasnt highly preordered at all until about Nov 18.

Honestly, I find it's becoming very hard to judge Nintendo game sales anymore.   Pretty much any 'gamer' has a Wii HD console, and while they may like Kirby, they are more likely to spend thier money on some HD game, and the casual Wii only owners will probably be fine with NSMBW as far as 2D platformers are concerned.

I think Kirby should do okay, but it's becoming increasingly difficult to get a breakout hit on Wii.

Epic Yarn is now up for intend-to-buy on Club Nintendo

It doesn't look like a "game"  it's weird.It looks lifelike ( the cloth/yarn) without the need for realistic graphics. Hard to explain i'm sure other people in this thread know what i mean.

Kirby's Epic Yarn is my Most Wanted game as of now and deserves huge sales...anyway here is my prediction:

Japan: 1.8 Million

Others: 740K

America: 2.6 Million

Total: 5.1 Million

Yes he does! It's his mains ability, actually.

It would be lucky to crack a third of that imo.. 

And that ability is lost in his new adventure.

So, yeah, Kirby no longer sucks.
