I'm 30 and I'm getting this game.

I'm 29 and I'll be getting epic mickey and DCKR. I also have all the mario games on wii.

Don't worry about what others think of you, just do what makes you happy.

I'm 8 years old and I want to get Epic Mickey, but I don't want the cool kids at school to laugh at me, so I'll just save my allowance and get Manhunt 3... or maybe a hooker.

I'm 18 and I won't be getting this game.

I haven't decided if I'm going to get this game, but that has nothing to do with perception of childishness or something. I just don't know if I'm going to enjoy this game.

I'm 24 as well and I have no problem whatsoever with Mario, Sonic or Mickey.

Follow my advice and throw those thoughts where they belong: in the litter bin.

Peter Pan complex FTW !

I'm 27 and they wouldn't let me buy Mario games in the store anymore... I'm sure they will stop me from buying Epic Mickey.. they wanted me buy Gears 2 and GOW3.. :(

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

Im still not convinced of getting the game. But not cuz im 21 but because it hasnt really moved me yet. But hell i still play pokemon and mario like crazy, and say it openly. You shouldnt be ashamed of that at all

I have to agree with some of the other posters, if you were maybe 14-18 I could see this being a legitimate concern. But at 24 I would think you would be over the awkward adolescent like insecurity. Mickey like Mario, Pixar Movies, etc. is not designed to appeal to just kids despite the cartoon presentation. At this point Mickey hasn’t been prolific for long enough I wonder how many children will even be interested in this game initially.
