I've been doin regular gmming for 2 years now (on a off). I have become more athletic looking, but feel i could improve on that! This definitely helps! and since im against the use of protein shakes, your advice i shall take! THANK YOU!

I've been hitting the gym regularly since January and have seen a noticeable improvement in my physique. My goal is to a 6 pack soon (its coming in nicely), improve my upper body strength, and become a better runner overall.

I know this is a bodybuilding topic but I seriously need help with my running =[ I can't run fast and I have nearly no stamina. I can't run or jog continuosly for 5 minutes without wanting to keel over from exhaust. On an elliptical I can push myself for 30 mins max and I've never used a treadmill. Otherwise I'm in great shape.

afaik, the only way to get better at running is to run some more.  But, i have a couple things to suggest.  When talking about running... treadmill >> elliptical.  You might also wish to try some other cardio excercises... a rowing machine, skipping rope, or swimming for example.

I was a jailer at one point and when I saw inmates working out, I would work out, too.  I wanted to look intimidating.  When I became a cop, I worked out a lot, too- to attract ladies.  Now that those days are gone, I rareley work out at all.  I still look like I'm in shape but my muscles have turned to mush.  I'm starting to get a gut, too.  I guess it's time to get back into it.  I'm gonna take a before picture today (maybe 8'll tweet it).  Then I'll focus on rebuilding myself.  I don't wanna have a heart attack, one day!  ('y stamina is gone, too!).

very long but informative post, ive started some weight lifting and other exercises  recently and have already felt a lil 'stronger' lol. i hope i dont fall of like i usually do, i just get lazy and make excuses.....
