I've been hitting the gym regularly since January and have seen a noticeable improvement in my physique. My goal is to a 6 pack soon (its coming in nicely), improve my upper body strength, and become a better runner overall.
I know this is a bodybuilding topic but I seriously need help with my running =[ I can't run fast and I have nearly no stamina. I can't run or jog continuosly for 5 minutes without wanting to keel over from exhaust. On an elliptical I can push myself for 30 mins max and I've never used a treadmill. Otherwise I'm in great shape.
