You know, at an anthropology class at college we actually learned that historically women have recied harsher punishment when it comes to sexual offenses (like adultery for example).

Actually both get off pretty easily. Teachers can get away with a lot....unions are one hell of a thing.

And I'm okay with those laws being there. But I don't think kids should go to prision for 9 to 30 years for doing crap like that. My point is the punishment is too harsh, i'm not arguing whether or not laws should be placed.

WIth that said I don't think its okay for mom's to have sex with their sons. But prision time like that should not be the punishment unless she was forcibly and violently raping the boy. And that doesn't appear to be what happened. Prove me wrong if you can.

Did you hang out with 14 year olds when you were a kid? You sound incredibly naive.

I remember even at the age of 12 some of them showing me their boners, talking about fingering girls, and quite a few were having sex. Some even claimed they did with older women.

You seem to think I'm wrong, but you are apparently positive this is a innocent boy. I guess neither of know anything and you're too naive to believe a 14 year old boy would want some stank on his hang low.
