The Wii will easily top PS1 sales (102M) i nthe future, and I think Nintendo will release their next system in 2012 at the earliest.  You never know what Nintendo have got up their sleeves.

If the 3DS turns out to be as close in processing power as the rumors suggest then Nintendo might force Sony and Microsofts hand into abandoning their 10 year plans. Also I expect to see a Wiiquel next holiday season.

I think for sure the PS3 and very likely the 360.

 

I still think the PS3 could do 100 million lifetime just because it'll be selling for at least another 6 years or more if it has PS2 legs.

360 will do it too but I don't think it'll sell as long as the PS3.

They both could eventually, but not before 2012.

Right now the ranking for best selling consoles (50m ) is PS2, PS1, Wii, NES. Seeing three systems top NES in the same generation would be impressive. My guess is the industry will only support Move or Wave - not both. So either PS3 or X360 will decline fairly rapidly once that battle is decided.

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

If the Wii sells more than 20 million in 2009 (as defined above) Arius Dion wins and gets to control Slimebeast's sig for 1 month.

It's possible, but it'd be a stretch.  This gen is 4 years deep, and they'll both need a good 22-27m more, which is no small feat...
