They both could eventually, but not before 2012.
Right now the ranking for best selling consoles (50m ) is PS2, PS1, Wii, NES. Seeing three systems top NES in the same generation would be impressive. My guess is the industry will only support Move or Wave - not both. So either PS3 or X360 will decline fairly rapidly once that battle is decided.
