Correction Tekken 1 was a PS1 exclusive, I think your talking about Tekken 6.

Correction GTAIV was NEVER EVER announced as a PS3 Exclusive.

I don't think it will be coming to the 360...Sony probably paid Rockstar a decent amount of moneys to have it exclusive.

The problem is that those franchises began development when the 360 was way ahead of the ps3, and they might consider it to be too late to port those franchises to the ps3 at this point. 

(Also microsoft most likely is paying something.....)

I know exclusives exists, but this generation unless they are funded or supported by console companies you don't have too many exclusives, and even than some games make the jump within a year.

Why don't you check who the publisher of Mass Effect 1, Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2 is and will be for Gears of War 3.

Sony is not the publisher for Agent. TakeTwo publish the game.

So I expect SCC to be released on PS3 next year and I do expect Agent to be released on Xbox 360 one year after release. I don't say it will happen, but I wouldn't be surprised either way.

Good point. 

People need to realise that Publishing a gameas a time length. If the publish wants to keep the rights they have to renew them. 

Ninja Gaiden 2 was probably a 1 year publishing rights deal.

We have not seen a screen, a video, gameplay or anything from Agent. Is it any good?

Do we have to argue just for the sake of 'exclusivity', even for an unknown UFO?

In my experience every game Rockstar has ever made is of good quality.  So I don't think anyone has to worry about it being a mediocre game.
