idk about XIII I mean the part when you are coming out of the caves in Gran pulse, and you are in this beatufiul area.. were the music is just amazing.. is one of the best moments ever in FF XIII
Final fantasy 7 is still one of the most impressive games every made, and just like all classic games, you are shocked, shocked when you play them and see how aweful they look.
BUT after 5-10 minutes of any game, GRAPHICS DON'T MATTER, because if its a good game, you are completely sucked in, and if its not...well its not. And final fantasy, any final fantasy, sucks you in and holds you till the end.
One exception, Metal Gear Solid 4.
Amazing game, but the graphics improve throughout the game, so your constantly awed by them.

Terra's theme on the other hand... Wow, always has been, and always will be in the top 5 themes ever :)

I agree this IS one of the best tracks in FF....the scenery, feling, lost hope at the point everything fit into place perfectly

...and actually, FFVII, VIII, and IX are all so good that they should have at least 1 remake every generation just to keep my satisfied.
