They could remake Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy, all they really would have to do is improve the field of view(no more pop-up) and up the resolution, and the framerate would be smooth to. It would improve the game experience a lot.

Yeah I'm with everyone saying San Andreas. Vice City was awesome but San Andreas was a bit better.
