Maybe it was the time that goat face Lauren Winter tried to act sexy in a night club in Heavy Rain.  Maybe it was the time Naked Snake got captured, electrocuted until he pissed on himself, and lost an eye in MGS3.  Maybe it was the first time you pulled off a fatality in Mortal Kombat or that time Barry Burton opened his mouth in Resident Evil. 

Bad voice acting.  The time your favorite character looked like they weren't going to make it.  Anytime Otacon talked about his past or his love life.  They're the gaming moments that made you cringe so much that your anus tightened up.  You got 'em.  I want em.

I can only remember one scene that really made me cringe, which was the moment I played the Killzone 2 demo, and Rico first started talking. My god, that was like nails on a blackboard!

Any time the protagonists of a JRPG spew their lazy brand of vague existentialism.

For me, it had to be Resident Evil 2. There was a part where you controlled Sherry Birkin and she had to run through this zombie dog infested area unarmed. Needless to say, those dogs slaughtered that little girl. I'd never seen anything like that in a video game before!

Oh, this was pretty freaky, too:

Final boss in Forge of Souls in WoW.  Lady Deathwhisper and Sindragosa in Icecrown Citidel.  Well, lets just say, much of the WoW voice acting is pretty damn crappy.
