FOX News is not an option, they are on record stating that it is the most profitable branch of FOX Corp. and it is due to being intentionally entertaining and divisive, not journalistic at all.

Stories like "Tiger Woods cheats on wife" or "Lindsay Lohann uses drugs" are what pass for journalism on most of these news networks but the question at hand is "Which is the least biased?" In my opinion, it is definitely CNN.

I have to give them a slap on the wrist for supporting garbage like Nancy Grace or Jane Valez-Mitchell, though.
