I can agree with that. What about allowing them to be TMs, but making it possible to get the same results using an item, like say a flashlight for Flash?

Why would a plot element from a spin-off series appear in a main Pokemon game?

btw, this screen seems like the same old battle style, it's just shown from a different angle to make it more 3D, and i guess the moves will be shown from a different angle, too

but on the other hand, the low resolution of the sprites combined with the different angle may mean pokemon animation during battle, which i highly doubt...

Plus new details, thanks to Andriasang. The games will have three "major evolutions" compared to previous games:

• More intense battle scenes
  It looks like the Pokemon will engage in more heated battles this time around.
• More realistic towns
  The towns rise up with high rising buildings. It also seems that the Pokemon Center will have additional shops separate from the reception desk.
• Evolution 3
  It's unclear what exactly the third evolution is supposed to be about. Under this section, the magazine shows screens of a dungeon and what appears to be the game's opening town.

We'll see.  That better not mean just new animations to the Pokemon when they attack.  Seriously, they were claiming Pokemon Daimond/Pearl was 'a whole new game' when all the Pokemon did was shake and rotate in battle.  Many Nintendo based games have been improved through graphical enhancements, but Pokemon is a textbook example of one that has hardly ever changed its gameplay and tried to cover it up with graphical enhancements.  And pretty lazy ones at that.

Another thing: The girl in Black/White looks infinitely better than the girl in HeartGold/SoulSilver.

Still... it was totally awesome to dress up as a Team Rocket member...

I hope the 3rd version will be on the 3DS.

Battle system overhaul please. And ditch these God-awful Pokemon screeches!!!
