Yes... And Protoss rushes can be really effective too, since the Protoss have an upgrade that allows them to build faster, and they can teleport units with the gateway too.

I noticed that. It seems that it costs very little energy, just 25, and no cooldown. So when the nexus is at full power you can really speed up your overall production.

Just as a note, protoss production is VERY slow... slower than ever... so the speed boost isn't just a bonus.. it's pretty much critical for building an army, unless you like spamming buildings. I actually find it kind of annoying. All your production is very slow, but you can speed it up for 20 seconds almost any time... so you basically need to hotkey every nexus and use it constantly... I think it would be so much better to ever-so-slightly boost toss production by default and remove it. I mean, it's a great skill for top tier players, but the rest of us already have a lot going on, so to try and boost the speed of our buildings constantly is a pain.
Late game, you could have 3-4 nexuses, so you can pretty much keep more than one building at double production speed all the time... you just need to be on top of it every moment. The only thing I like about it, is that it works on upgrades too. That can be handy. Still, 10-15% shorter on building times/upgrades and removing it would be preferable, IMO.
