Weird, never had any connection problems.  Anyway I posted in this thread thinking it was a different FInal Fantasy thread.  Hence why the post is blank.

As for warning about swearing... considering we can freely swear on this site... it seems kinda redundent.

That would be because there are far more pure exclusives on PS3 than 360, and thus far more quality ones. Most games on 360 which are not to be found on PS3 are on PC, and you're not counting those, clearly.

But.. LBP is up there and thats no exclusive, i dont need to buy a PS3 to play it.

I thought Ign had bias against the Wii!? Meh, I'll just go with that everyone has a bias against Wii, ps3, and Xbox360. It just makes the gaming world go round.

IGN was right. San Andreas did look awful on PS2. Especially hooked up via component. Not the case on Xbox.

They are two completely different games.

By that logic, Gran Turismo isn't PSP exclusive, because I can play it on PS1.

I think your a bit confused considering Mass Effect 2 9.6, Mass Effect 9.4, Gears of War 9.4, Shadow Complex 9.4, Portal Still Alive 9.2, GTAIV Ballad of Gay Tony 9.2, GTAIV Episodes in Liberty City 9.2, Call of Duty 2 9.0, Prey 9.0, Left For Dead 9.0, and Left for Dead 2 9.0 are all left off of your list.  That is 11 not on your list and no games appearing on PC do not count because they are still considered Microsoft console exlcusives.

Sorry, PC is a gaming system. Those are multiplatform games.

i dont understand why PC360 9s not consider exclusive 

it is to me and i think it should 

i only own mac computers at home and cant play most of those pc games 

plus not everyone like to play on pc (just like me) i rather use my PS3 or 360 for gaming 

and yes u might say they r miltiplatform but you CANT play those games on a PS3 or Wii 

so no there not (multi)

Using your logic, if I own a PS3 and not a 360, all PS360 games are PS3 exclusives because I don't own a 360, don't like playing on it, and don't want one.

The fact is that those games are available in their full (and often superior) version on a PC. People do not need to own a 360 to play those games. Therefore, they are NOT EXCLUSIVE. End of story. There's absolutely no sensible way to argue this point.

Several people I know played those games on PC... they doesn't own a 360 EXPLICITLY because those games are available on PC. They see no reason to buy an Xbox because they own another platform on which to play the PC360 game.

Anyway, back on topic, some of you PS3 owners are bordering on paranoid delusion. The only time IGN gives out two scores (and reviews) is when there is enough of a difference between the two versions to warrant such a thing. In FFXIII's case, that's obviously not so.

Stop creating these massive conspiracy theories, take a fucking Xanax, and GO PLAY SOME VIDEO GAMES. Jesus.

If anything they are biased against certain gaming genres, not certain consoles.

Thats the rules on VGchartz, if there on another platform there not exclusive (Stupid i know).

 

And Gran Turismo on PSP and PS1 are 2 different games, different tracks and cars.

It's absurd to suggest that IGN are biased against PS3. They're generous markers but fair between systems, giving every big exclusive 9.0+ whether its on X360 and PS3. Didn't they give GOTY to UC2?

And if they're not biased when reviewing PS3 exclusives why on earth would they be when reviewing multiplats? If you were really trying to promote one system over another why bother with a few decimals here and there on niche titles like Bayonetta and The Orange Box when you could just tear apart one system's exclusives?
