No, Zelda will never sell anywhere near as much as the vitality sensor

We could only hope for.

It seems to me that Nintendo holiday lineup is a bit shaky. We'll have probably one game from well-known franchise that's likely to sell modest (by Nintendo standards) amount of copies, but hardly will sell a lot of Wiis since it's a second game in franchise on the platform. And a complete dark horse known as Wii Relax, that might, or might not be a runaway success. Even 2008 holiday lineup was more solid (one new IP + estbalished and very promising IP that sold millions on DS), but it failed to drive Wii sales significantly. On the contrary, 2009 holiday game, NSMBWii, was a sure thing that gave Wii a big bump. How 2010 holiday will turn out? If I was Nintendo investor I'd be a little worried, that 2008 scenario may occur again.

^Actually the big announcement is Wii Vitality, Zelda will probably be there, but it won't be as big

It's Zelda.....

No, Zelda will never sell anywhere near as much as the vitality sensor

Could care less about that actually many could care less as Im not talking about sales anyways.

Vitality Project or a New Zelda? New Zelda will get more hype and excitement. Vitality Project will get shitted on by most of the press and gamers alike.

And that's supposed to matter?

Wii fit/Sports/Resort/Play are far bigger games than Twilight Princess, doesn't matter what the gaming press and gamers hype

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

Don't make me cry!

MY ZELDA COLLECTION

Definitely a great lineup the first half of the year for Nintendo's core fans. Not a whole lot of system sellers there, but very strong in terms of quality core games. Gonna be interesting to see how Nintendo can possibily top this in the 2nd half.

At this point it looks very likely that Zelda Wii could actually make it by the end of this year, it would be the perfect game to push for the holiday season, along with motion plus. I think that and their flagship Vitality Sensor game will be the two main titles they push this christmas.

Zelda games do have a history of delays, but remember, the only other Zelda Wii game, TP, is technically a Gamecube game, and if Nintendo decided to simply release it on the Gamecube, that would mean Nintendo has had over 3 years into the Wii's lifespan without a true successor Zelda game on the console. Plenty of time to work on the next game.

They do have a lot of good games coming out this year so far. I know I will probably not have all the ones I want by the end of the year. Zelda while I used to love it just does not do it for me anymore. So in that way yea I can see it not being a huge system seller., but many people do still love it.

I think or well I hope Xmas comes as a mixed bag of games. I assume we will have Wii Vit Sensor by then. I assume we have have some neat games to try with it too. Is it a system seller though? maybe maybe not we will not know till then. I also assume we will have a few more "core" games other than Zelda. Maybe Kirby or something along those lines to go with it. Do not forget we do have some more 3rd party games coming out that look promising. To bad we do not have all the release dates yet.

All and all I think Ninty will do just fine with the Wii and D.S. all year. Guess we shall see how it goes.

March, April, May and June have 1 game each month for me.............for now.
