Just realized a pattern with VGchartz review scores:

Its is always around ~.2 lower than metacritic scores for PC/Ps3/360 games.

Unless the game is for the Wii where it gets around ~.4 higher than the metacritic score.

What you guys think...is there any pattern?

Probably Metacritic started to count VGC's scores, they just haven't updated the site...

There's no pattern....

Well I generally read one or two reasons:

1. VGC reviewers focus more on gameplay and mechanics and less on presentation than other sites (which is true and fair). Or:

2. The VGC reviewers who are pro-PS3/360 are most strict, while the Wii/DS reviewers are more lenient (which is not a good excuse at all).

Then again, just about every HD review I've written has been at least a couple points under the Metacritic, so I'm not one to complain.

I see no pattern TBH. Yeah, they do tend to give some lower scores for the HD twins, but I think its because they actually review more HD games then Wii games? Its justa guess, I dont have exact numbers :|

VGChartz is teh biased!

Well, the only HD game I've had the distinct 'pleasure' of reviewing has been Velvet Assassin, so that's kinda unfair as far as I'm personally concerned
