game design wise your right, but ICO and SOTC have lots of common elements.

Yes SOTC & ICO are very different game design wise but SOTC & ICO are set in the same game universe and SOTC is I believe a prequel to ICO and the Last Guardian is the sequel and the last in the series. I can not what to get it first day I hope they remake SOTC & ICO in HD on PS3.

The Last Guardian was tied with MGS4 as the main reasons why I even bought a PS3. ICO was among my top three games from last generation, trailing behind Skies of Arcadia and ahead of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. Shadow of the Colossus, although it disappointed me with the linear design of the Colossi, was still a freaking awesome game.
