A Link to the Past has always stood out to me as the absolute best Zelda game. the N64 installments are great, but ALTTP is just that much better.

Then scrap one of those. I say Spirit Tracks, as it's the only other handheld Zelda on there and it's got nothing on Link's Awakening!
