Tali, she was my favorite from the first game. I only chose Ashley in ME1 because I couldn't get Tali and Liara is stalker.

Miranda this time (regrettably), Jack next time. I've seen the vids and her abrasive personality softens up to the point where it has the most emotional impact and felt the most real. She's got the cutest FACE on your squad, but I'm not attracted to her at all outside of that.
