I had it at school today, Fish, Chips & Baked beans.

I detest salt & vinegar as things you add to food.

in fact I hate adding anything to my food.

I never use any kind of sauce or anything on top of any kind of food.

a moderate amount of salt actually is very good for you. I wouldn't say "healthy" exactly, but it keeps you looking younger and promotes brain activity.
