The textures are pretty much the same but the colors and the contrast is way better on the 360.

What was wrong with it?

easily the worst class system implemented in a class based shooter, they might as well just let you choose anything and just made them custom loadouts, no health, stupid re-gen, no knife, gernade spam, graphics are crap (no that's no cammo -_-), controls are funky, damage system takes a page outta MW2's book. Now in no way did I expect this to be BF3, but I did expect it to better than MW2, still a battlefield experience,

bad company 1 problem was it didn't have nearly as much content as expected from a battlefield game, I thought bad company 2 would just add that content, but nope, a whole new game, seeing how EA were so gung-ho about beating MW2 I should I probly expected something was up. Wow. That's a HUGE difference!

It's the demo comparaison so it might end up being different but I highly doubt it.

I am personally having a hard time trying to figure out what type of gamers/community they are trying to cater. The Battlefield 2 players don't seem interested in this at all and it seems their "full support for PC gamers" just isn't convincing them. Then they are indirectly promoting this game towards all the MW2 hate, yet MW2 players despite hating MW2, complain that BFBC2 not being like MW2. So that is not working for them.

However the BFBC players, some of fans from their past games and those who do not like the Modern Warfare style does seem to like it. Personally as a Modern Warfare player this game is just not for me because it plays different in some important aspect.

Im a little confused. "no health" what that mean?

"stupid re-gen", means that health regenerates? I dont like that.

grenade spam - means u got many grenades (and not just 2 or3)? I love grenades though

"no knife" - who cares

"graphics are crap" - you need new glasses

"controls are funky" - okay, but maybe i'ts becuase u play on a console?

Pretty sure I read somewhere this was due to the later beta release on the 360.  Ill try to find the article and link it.

And @ thread:  I did not enjoy BC2 either.  I got the feeling I was playing an Alpha Demo.

Meh... I like it and am having fun with the beta, surely better than the other new crapfest shooters that don't need to be named. Sure it may not be 'better' than BF2 but its the closest new game to it imo. Also for people who think BF3 will be better, wake up. Multiplat is the name of the game for more accessible (i.e. more profitable) games.

Its simple business really, make your game easier so that the most amount of people can play and enjoy it. Just common business practices.... Look at any old school PC only game and then play its 'new multiplatform' counterpart and you try and tell me they didn't simplify things and make things easier for casual gamers. It just makes sense for profits but sucks for us true hardcore gamers who like very challenging games :)

Welcome to the new world of gaming.... where everyone is a 'gamer' and wants their achievements/trophies so they can stroke their own ego about beating some stupidly easy game.

100% support, graphics are very VERY bad. play Killzone 2 online then play this! omg

even play MW2 online (grapics are still mehh) but compared to BFBC2 they look amazing
