Capcom can make a good zelda for nintendo home consoles?

So, after playing capcom zelda titles for gbc and gba, i'm pretty convincied that they can be trusted to develop a zelda game to a nintendo home console.

I love the oracle series, and they manage to make a solid entries on the series without actual zelda. They bougth cool mechanic and excellent level desings.  Maybe this way nintendo cold offload their labor and work on games that only them can do ritgh.

Cold you imagine how cool would be use a season rod in realtime? What do you guys think?

"Hardware design isn’t about making the most powerful thing you can.
Today most hardware design is left to other companies, but when you make hardware without taking into account the needs of the eventual software developers, you end up with bloated hardware full of pointless excess. From the outset one must consider design from both a hardware and software perspective."

Any decent developer can make a good Zelda game if they stick to a few guidelines. It's not like Nintendo is the only one with god's gift for making highly formulaic games.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

The guy who directed those games also directed Phantom Hourglass and Skyward Sword...

Maybe take it a bit easy on the negativity there, pal...

That wasn't meant to diminish Nintendo's achievements but to attack the silly notion that only one developer on this earth can make a specific game.

Any good developer can make any game with the right guidelines.

Capcom then != Capcom now.

Why I too would love on disc DLC for my Zelda games!

Thats not true at all. Many developers have tried to do that and failed. Not every developer has the exact same skills and imagination.

You would think.  I wonder why though that no other games in Zelda's genre have captivated me as much as Zelda has though.  It's not like Zelda's formula is that hard to copy/immitate/ect.

There must be something Nintendo does.

Also to OP, I highly doubt capcom had free reign.  Oh and 2d zelda's aren't my favorite, so while oracle and season (can't remember which one i played) were still fun, they weren't as amazing as I find the 3D games.  Though the recent Link between Worlds I did enjoy immensely and ranks higher than a few 3D Zeldas.
