Microsoft has been fairy quiet about the Xbox Ones sales this year, which is understandable considering the current circumstances. What they have said are things that are pretty insignificant, such as zombies killed, cummulative hours spent on a game, or even combining Xbox console sales.
With the variety of holiday deals, Xb1 is prepped to move more units then it has before this year likely even ending the PS4's NPD streak.
Regardless of the outcome, I think its likely that Microsoft will say something substaintial about XB1's november sales, they need all the good PR that they can get and Black Friday is what boosted it over the PS4 last year's NPD.
By substantial, I mean a number bound of sold units, i.e We sold (more than) x million units of the Xb1 in the Month of November. Saying something like we sold more than ever before works as well because we know what the most they've sold in a month is.
Saying we sold well or any other attempts at obscuration does not count.
