This wouldn't surprise me TBH, but this sort of thing happens all the time, and more often than not, nothing comes from it. Perhaps tomorrow we'll know more?

I find highly unlikely that they will release Watch Dogs on December 31st.

EDIT: Unless is a generic date, for unnanounced games.

Printed 02/09/13 but Rayman Legends is still listed as a February release even though they announced the delay two days earlier.

Gamestop does this with all the un-known release dates.

Ubisoft have been very supporting of the of the wii U so this wouldn't surprise me, especially the game is already coming to current gen systems.
