Halo 4 will launch worldwide on 6th november 2012.

In a press release microsoft promised that " the next installment aims to set a new standard for blockbuster interactive entertainement"

I would of thought they had picked September or October in fear of Call of Duty. A November release very close to COD is a bold move.

I think halo 4 will be much better than the new cod ( prob BO2)

I actually hope Cod release the same day as Halo 4 because it would be awesome to see these two games go head to head during pre-order. I couldn't image how many people would show up for the midnight launch 0_o

@Slimebeast: I don't think Halo 4 has anything to fear from Call of Duty releasing in the same month.

This along with GTAV (if) could do a LOT of damage to Call of Duty. Anyway, more OT: I do like Halo, but I won't be buying Halo 4 as I don't have a 360. I'll probably play it at a friends house.
