If you're anxious to carve powder in EA's SSX reboot, you'll get a chance next week. Creative director Todd Batty revealed the news in the latest episode of the SSX Ubercast, a bi-weekly podcast centering on, well, you know.

The demo will launch on Xbox 360 on February 21; the PS3 demo will be available a day later. It will feature one playable character -- another is apparently unlockable through a referral system that EA has yet to reveal -- and two tutorials, plus four events and skydiving.

I am very very very excited, I really can't wait for this game, almost as exciting as Vita which is coming on the same day in Europe

It really looks like they have taken everything great from the past series, and added some new exciting looking features

The only things that are missing are the ability to have a half hour run (SSX 3) and obviously split-screen which I am praying is added on later

Awesome, hope to try this out. Haven't ever played any game in the series but was hoping to try this game out at some point since it looked cool and its always nice to try something new out. This demo should give me a taste of the gameplay and whether its something I'd enjoy. BRING IT ON!!!

Not sure if I want to get the demo or not. I mean, I already want the game. What if the demo sucks?
