They'll sell huge amounts of softeware though as result of the 3DS' success same with Sony and MS the business model is perfectly fine, I don't even think they're selling at a loss as I read somewhere that 3DS is being sold for no profit as in the price people are paying now is the price it's being manufactured at so they're neither taking a loss or making profit on it.

Congrats 3DS! Pears, GameCube failure, price cut or whatever 3DS is selling well.

I loved my GameCube and the games on it, but boy do I want the 3DS to do well! :D

Look up media create, for the pass few weeks 3DS games have dominated the japanese charts (5 of the top 10 have been 3DS games for over a month).

I still love my gamecube, Agree with most of you "an underpreciated console" Masterpieces like Wind Waker, Pikmin, Metroid Prime came from it, however I'm so glad for the 3DS,!!

So let me get this straight.  The 3DS, needs to be overpriced, have zero good games and come off a faild system in order for its amazing sales to be taken seriously?

Since its reasonably priced, has a great library and successor to a great system, we should ignore the system?

And Devs you hear that, its reasonably priced, has a great library already, AND the successor to the best selling handheld EVER.  So don't ignore this guy, develop more games for it.

Ha not being impressive because 3DS has too many great games, man that is shitty.  The 3DS is soo doomed, cause it has too many blockbusters out too early.  And many more coming soon. 

Let me guess what happens next year when comparing Vita to 3DS.   For examples sake lets say Vita does poorly and 3DS is doing amazing.

HUGE laughing out loud there.  Nintendo can never win.  It's always some circumstances that make what they do somehow "UNIMPRESSIVE" to everyone else. 

Edit: also I seem to recal seeing threads like this when the PS3 passed the gamecube.  I better not see a thread like this if Vita does it, since no one seems to find this impressive or worth mentioning.

I said the sales were impressive? Read my posts again before you start all that kinda bullshit. I said passing the Gamecube isnt anything to be screaming and shouting about, for a console thats had/having everything I said above. Sigh.
