With Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception only a few days away, Naughty Dog is already focusing on what’s next – downloadable content. But, despite already pre-selling the content to ‘Fortune Hunters’, nothing has been revealed about the DLC, other than that it won’t be extra singleplayer missions.

 

Uncharted 3 director Justin Richmond has now teased that the DLC will be something special, saying on the latest episode of GTTV’s Bonus Round:

We have some really cool stuff for DLC this time, even way cooler than what we had for Uncharted 2…there’s one piece of content in particular that I think fans are going to go ballistic for.

Because we did so well with multiplayer last time, we kept saying we have to have a plan from the beginning…so we have that this time. There’s a ton of DLC content that’s coming.

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception releases on November 1st in the US and 2nd in Europe.

I'm getting U3 for the SP. I couldn`t care less about trouncing people I don't know over the net.

hmm...lets see what the guys  at ND got for us...but yeah multiplayer is also only secondary for me...i bought U3 for the SinglePlayer/Story not cause of the multi...

Do you know if we can preorder this dlc the day of release, because I don't want to have to run to the store the day before it releases and I refuse to enter my credit card # into my ps3.

Same, i don't really care about Multiplayer much in games, most of the time,its just too lonely playing with strangers, and if its with a friends, its just too much hassle to wait for them to finally own a copy of the game, then invite them in , then use the headset to talk to them while countless times its like "lulz where r u? lulz" "im here lulz -dies-" "k i'm cumming again" "Lulz hai -dies again-" not to mention all the lag, server issues, trying to find the best map...ect ect , to me its not really worth it to play multiplayer after you played all the maps in the game, after that its just meaninless grinding.

unless its offline multiplayer , or split screen online (ala warhawk) , then that would make it a lot more funnier, and split screen makes even the worst games fun.

I would go ballistic if I was allowed to play as Jak, but I am not sure what else would make me go ballistic, maybe Uncharted Kart Racing?

if they threw in Uncharted Kart Racing as a joke i would be so happy!

Uncharted 3 has online splitscreen now.
