Tough one. The ubiquity of Windows compared to Yamauchi, whose leadership of Nintendo into the industry single-handedly rebuilt the console industry

Oddly, Gates would have *more* influence in the industry if Yamauchi hadn't existed, since the console would have died with the 2600, and PC gaming would be the exclusive realm of gaming once the dedicated gaming computer faded out.

Since i'm a Nintendo fan, and since this is likely a foregone conclusion anyway, i'll go with Yamauchi.
