Forums - Sony Discussion - Who here is pumped about Move and eager to get it?

i have a 15 game rule. right now Move has 3 games im interested in. im not getting it dayone because i have a strategy in place.

right now it's cheaper to buy each controler individually and a eyetoy, but im going to wait a while either way.

I plan on getting Move first day.

The titles I'm most interested in are the sports and the party game.

I will say this:  Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition has been one of the defining experiences of this generation (despite RE4 being a last gen game) for me thanks to the Wii Controls.  Anybody that gets a Playstation Move should DEFINITELY grab a copy of RE5.  If I do wind up getting a Move, it'll be because of that game!

1. I am pretty stoked about it i just dont post like crazy trying to let everyone know my opinion. My wife and i used to settle disputes by having a jousting like battle so with sports champs i can take her on and win all arguments once again.

2. I will be getting the move either day 1 or close to it. Sports champs seems fun and games like Socom, Sorcery, The Fight, and the ones that will come later are all enough for me to warrant a purchase.

EVERY GAMERS WORST NIGHTMARE...THE TANGLING CABLES MONSTER!

       Coffee is for closers!

The more I see it, the more I want it.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

It only looks like there is 2-3 pages tops on posts after E3.  Most of them were before, and I don't see a lot of people pumped about Move.

I'm excited about the possibilities. Sorcery looked great.

REALLY accurate motion gaming in 3D will be awesome.

But... I need more games than just Sorcery that will use it.

I want to be excited about the Move, but I'm just not.  Don't get me wrong, it's great, it's just too late.  I'm already long past the motion controls for the sake of motion controls craze and now I just look at it and think but I've played this on my Wii already and what I can't say that to, I have to ask myself if it's really worth $200   (equipment plus game)?

Again, I'd love to played RE5 with Move and Sorcery looks pretty neat, it's just the Move is too late.  The Wii will be turning four when it comes out.  I'm really over the whole motion control craze.  If the Move had come 1-2 years ago I might be pumped, not-so-much now.

I'm not opposed to getting one, I just need more than it's an HD Wii! before I buy into it.

I've noticed the same, Richard. The overall vibe for move is almost one of indifference. Even after the E3 showing, there seems to be no real excitement there. Only ones really interested looks like the Sony loyals, as the games shown to support it don't really appeal beyond its current fanbase.

Bet between Slimbeast and Arius Dion about Wii sales 2009:

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

If the Wii sells more than 20 million in 2009 (as defined above) Arius Dion wins and gets to control Slimebeast's sig for 1 month.

i'll be buying move for sure.  i always liked motion controls but have been pissed off at how bad of a job nintendo (and yes 3rd party) has done at making compelling software for me.

move on the other hand is coming to all the games i was excited for already; LBP, echochrome, heavy rain, resident evil, killzone.  these are games i actually want.  ...and sorcery looks interesting too.

i've held onto my 360 for a year now thinking i'd end up wanting kinect....now that i've seen the software lineup for kinect i'll probably craigslist my 360 cause that was just an awful list of games.
