Oh, you're in for a treat. Why not start a bit sooner on the next gen patch cause it holds up remarkably well and you won't get much into the game in a week or two. You can carry your save file into the remaster. If you're into doing side stuff and don't have unlimited time on your hands.
Whatever you do play on Death March! There is a very slight difficulty bump right off the bat but ten hours in and as long as you're using your tools like oils, bombs, potions and engaging with the games mechanics and building, it will start to feel easy. Too easy, I want a harder difficulty. At least start on the second hardest and then up it after you get the games tools opened up. Thus game on normal or lower is so different that I think it ruins the game. It can litterally be one hit kills and you're immortal on normal is you use the mechanics and it's not as good if you don't need to use them.
