PT was an early example of the approach taken with Astral Chain where they own the IP but the game is co-developed allowing the development partner partial rights to the particular game developed. I feel if PT was developed today it would have had a much higher chance of a sequel. |
I don't know if an sequel could add anything, but it is sad that this game will probably never exist outside the Wii and Ganbarion didn't get another chance.
