I've been observing the last week and there is an incredible boom in insects for this nearly in the year. Right now it's like the hight of summer minus the house flies/blue bottles. The birds returned also en masses and are noticeably louder. Even the Daddy long legs are floating about. This is a considerable improvement, most noticeably bumble bees and honey bees, the latter is so strange to see around my parts but their off working hard.
