The one with the good looking water puddles, and reflections is the RT one.
It apparently effects almost everything in this game.  Even the faces and lightning/shadows look vastly better with RT on.

No, I mean is there a third option where you can get 60hz without RT. This is a comparison between 60hz and 120hz... why not compare 60/60 with RT on and off. There could be better SSR in the 60hz RT off that would make things look better than that 120hz image.
