It's not bad quality, just aged. Many AI photo prompt artists add settings in to get aged effects like the over exposure and softness in the image, it's a style of the time. The photos here look like watercolour paintings, the only thing is it's a pity the people are clipped but nothing a quick crop, AI removal or PS edit couldn't fix.
