Main missions, Elimination standard orders and sub orders that are tied to a few select facilities, often recoveries from camps too when stealth fails. Don't skip through BT areas. Throw a few blood grenades, cut the umbilical chords and stuff like that but it comes with the platinum anyway through sub orders and the trophy for elimations. I was near 60 and I was getting combat and stealth increases for just clipping BT areas or a camp but never seeing an enemy.
