Nah, the last few chapters go by really fast, like 7 chapters in maybe 6 hours. If you're 90 hours in you should hit a point soon where the story goes quick and pulls you in. Also, grinding out those facilities fully so early on is really inefficient cause of the gear you get later in the game, I always just did any sub orders they had and took one or two standard orders off them to get whatever their next item was cause I realised that it's usually the second or third rewards that are important and everything after that is something minor like a backpack key chain or a hat. I plated the game at about 110 hours in game time.
