It's true, recency bias or another game in the genre can make games look inferior but it works in the opposite direction took. Like I was so sure Astrobot was just a good game until I played the end game for the platinum, it rose from a 7 to a 9 cause I was to engaging correctly n9r in the right mood for it, playing the levels a second or third time showed me how great that game is.
