It's to early to sat on CO E33 composer, could be a flyke and a few others to need to spread some wings so I'll go with Darren Korb. I can still feel the unique atmosphere he brought to Transistor and while he didn't change as much as I'd like he hasn't nose dived, Transistor might be the most atmospheric game ever almost exclusively cause of the music and sound work, play the game on mute and it's not remotely the same.
