There's only one other game I know was developed in Germany, Chorus or "Corvus" and I only played the first hour, I'd have to look through a listing but I doubt there can be many others.
Edit: Oh wow. There is a lot. I'm gonna stick with Spec Ops The Line for sure. I never got far enough into many of the others, The surge could take it since it's my style of game but I dropped that one and haven't tried the second. Def Spec Ops The Line fron what I've played. That game is severely underrated.
