Surprised by the results. I couldn't imagine not going straight back into Clair Obscur and some genres are more fun the second time around like Sekiro, Souls games and many action games like DMC5. When you know what to do it's a sole focus on the fun parts condensed down. I get it for long games but damn, if you aren't speed running something like REmake 2 or Bloodborne you are missing out on a crucial factor thst makes those games so great. It's so fun to have those games fresh in memory or up the difficulty or put restrictions on yourself plus there's the fact that they are so much quicker playthroughs, you can spend 100 hours in Elden Ring doing everything but then speed run NG+ in 12 hours or so or 30 hours on a fresh save. REmake 2 changes from a survival horror resource management game to a totally action focused game. Not to mention testing your skills in these games is a must.
Playing fresh in Clair Obscur limiting myself to no builds, no weapon upgrading and reloading the save if oen character dies is so much fun for. Trying to get a sub 4 hour run on Sekiro (A 50 hour game) is wildly entertaining. Souls game straight after are so cool cause you get to build for a different style and the games feels different as your strategies and styles change.
