Definitely does help to keep track, it's like an overall game to see how many you can complete, what time you can put in and how many platinums you can obtain. It's gamifying, gaming. Hot 24 completions of some very long games, I hope to beat this in 2025. The tough thing now though, is since I ain't going to make the games I'm playing in time before the 1st, do they count as completions in the new year when most of the time was put in prior to that date. Like 35 hours in Rebirth, that's half the game in 2024. I guess all one can do is mark them as completed in 2025. |
That's how I treat it typically. Most of my second Elden Ring completion in 2024 happened in 2023. Meanwhile I'm about 25 hours into FF7 Remake but there's no chance I'm finishing it before the end of the year so it will likely be my first 2025 completion. |
Yeah, makes sense. At the end of the year there will be the same period where we're in the middle of a game/s so I suppose that'll make up for the disparity.
